OFFICIAL PRESIDENTIAL STATEMENT

On the Electoral Victory of Shane Torres in the Kingdom of Monroe

October 30, 2026

On behalf of the Commonwealth of Natowa, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Shane Torres, President of the Commonwealth of New Ridge, on his election as the incoming Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Monroe.

President Torres secured 10 votes, representing 76.9% of the total votes cast, with his party winning seven seats. This is a significant victory, and I congratulate him and his supporters on their success.

I have had the privilege of working alongside President Torres through our diplomatic relationship with the Commonwealth of New Ridge, and I can confidently say that he has been one of Natowa's most valued and dependable allies. He has consistently shown a willingness to cooperate, communicate openly, and stand by the principles of mutual respect and friendship between our nations.

Strong alliances are built on trust, and President Torres has demonstrated time and again that he is a leader we can trust and work with. His friendship and continued cooperation with Natowa are greatly appreciated, and I am grateful for the positive relationship our two governments have developed.

As he prepares to take on this new responsibility in the Kingdom of Monroe, I have every confidence that he will bring the same dedication and leadership that he has demonstrated throughout his presidency of New Ridge.

I also extend my congratulations to the people of Monroe for participating in their democratic process. Natowa looks forward to working with the incoming government and continuing to build positive relations between our nations.

President Torres has been a great friend to the Commonwealth, and I look forward to seeing what he accomplishes in this next chapter of his leadership.

Once again, congratulations to Shane Torres on this well-earned victory. I wish him and the incoming government of Monroe nothing but success.
